Will there be any service changes?  

Rest assured, your rates and services will not change as a result of this transaction. The only difference will be an even faster network and a wider range of services and products to choose from.

Will current agreements, proposals, and contracts be honored?

Yes, current proposals or contracts will be honored. 

Will sales and customer support continue to be local?

Yes, all sales, call center, and support operations will continue as they do today.

Will the payment centers remain open?

Yes, payment center hours and locations will remain the same. Please note that some payment centers have reduced hours due to COVID-19 precautions. Visit current hours of operation.
