Kevin Anderson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Segra + UPN. Anderson was the founder and former CEO of Unite Private Networks (UPN). He previously founded and served as CEO for triple play providers Unite Communications and Everest Connections, served as a business development executive for UtiliCorp, and as an audit and business consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. Kevin has over 35 years of telecommunications and utility industry experience and has held board positions at several U.S. and international organizations.

Senior Vice President of Carrier Services
Jay Clark has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications field across multiple disciplines including sales, engineering, outside plant, access management, and strategy. Jay currently serves as Senior Vice President of the Carrier Services division at Segra. Segra Carrier Services provides network infrastructure and connectivity services throughout the Segra service areas to carrier and wholesale service providers. Prior to this role, Jay was Vice President of Carrier Services at Cox Business. Jay also led the Carrier Sales team for eight years and has held various roles of increased responsibility within the Carrier team since joining Cox in 2007. He developed, launched and oversaw the implementation of Cox’s wholesale Ethernet service portfolio, which now generates over $200M in annualized revenue. Jay has been active in the Metro Ethernet Forum and other cross MSO initiatives over the years.

Tim manages the company finances including financial planning, accounting and procurement. Most recently, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cox Communications, where he has held roles of progressing responsibility in Business Operations and Finance. Prior to that, he worked in finance for InterContinental Hotels, ProAct Technologies and Gas Authority of Georgia.

Chad Senglaub is Chief Operating Officer with Segra + UPN. He has over 17 years of telecommunications management experience with companies such as Frontier Communications, Giantloop Networks, and most recently, he spent 10 years at tw telecom, last serving as Senior Director of Field Operations. As COO he has responsibility for Network Architecture, Fiber Construction, Field Operations, IT, Customer Support, and Business Analytics. Chad earned a degree in Engineering Technologies from Alfred State College and attended the University of Rochester for Economics.

Brandi Tubb serves as Vice President of Marketing at Segra + UPN, overseeing all marketing functions. She brings nearly 20 years of marketing experience to her role, including 11 years in the telecommunications industry, previously serving as Vice President of Marketing at Unite Private Networks. She holds a degree in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

Matt Wiltanger is General Counsel with Segra + UPN. Matt has 16 years of in-house general counsel experience in highly-regulated industries facing compliance challenges. Prior to that time, Matt worked for several years as a litigator for a national law firm based in Kansas City. Matt has a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Missouri and a law degree from the University of Kansas. He is married to Laura and has three kids (Catie, Ellie, and Joey).
