Kevin serves as CEO of Segra + UPN. Previously he was with Cox Communications for 11 years and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer. Before joining Cox Communications, Kevin was the Chief Information Officer for both Clearwire and for Level 3 Communications.

Chad Senglaub is Chief Operating Officer with Segra + UPN. He has over 17 years of telecommunications management experience with companies such as Frontier Communications, Giantloop Networks, and most recently, he spent 10 years at tw telecom, last serving as Senior Director of Field Operations. As COO he has responsibility for Network Architecture, Fiber Construction, Field Operations, IT, Customer Support, and Business Analytics. Chad earned a degree in Engineering Technologies from Alfred State College and attended the University of Rochester for Economics.

Tim manages the company finances including financial planning, accounting and procurement. Most recently, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cox Communications, where he has held roles of progressing responsibility in Business Operations and Finance. Prior to that, he worked in finance for InterContinental Hotels, ProAct Technologies and Gas Authority of Georgia.

Robin manages all legal and regulatory affairs of the company. Previously, she was the Assistant Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Commercial at Cox Enterprises, Inc. Prior positions include Counsel at SBC/Ameritech (now, AT&T) and Attorney at AT&T Corporation, with a focus on marketing law. She began her legal career as an Associate at the law firm of Jones, Day in their Corporate and Finance Group.

Scott oversees Segra + UPN’s network planning, product strategy as well as all engineering functions, and Data Center. Previously, Scott was Vice President of Network Operations and Engineering, Vice President of Network and Field operations for Lumos Networks, Vice President of Network Management for AboveNet, and Director of Network Operations at Metromedia Fiber Networks. Additionally, Scott held various management positions at MCI.

Previously she has served in various Marketing roles in the cable industry with Jerrold/General Instrument, Motorola and most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers(SCTE®), a subsidiary of CableLabs®.

As Chief Information Officer, Rose leads and implements the vision and strategy of Segra + UPN’s information systems and infrastructure. Rose has served in the telecommunications and cable industry for over 25 years and has a successful track record delivering complex technology and business transformation projects. Prior, she held various leadership positions at Cox Communications including most recently Vice President, Product and Technology. Before Cox, Rose was a Vice President at CapGemini where she led large business transformation programs for CapGemini’s Communications clients in the US and Europe.
